We still have in our mind the scandalous perverse allotment of wealth! Take note: The top 3 richest US citizens have, just for them -- not for more, just these 3 person, no one else, they have more money than the total wealth of 47 countries of this world. We must think about this and act on these issues so that we can improve the justice and the equity in our society. Do not keep everything for yourselves, give and share in the name of God.

Easter Message of the Director

Dear friends, finally we move from Winter to Spring, and this move is symbolic of what awaits us: Easter and the resurrection of the Son of God, Jesus.

Resurrection also means the Passover from death to life. It is Jesus who vanquished death and this must encourage us all to rejoice in this remembrance of such an historic moment.

Dear friends, as the year begins, the Ukrainian people is again under a risky situation. We received some calls from there and they asked us to participate, at the beginning of March, in a vast move to help and assist locally the Ukrainians. The legislative elections might bring back and consolidate the power of the oligarchs and the totalitarians. To avoid such, we must go to Ukraine. We just entered in the year 2006, for certain persons, the New Year is promise of prosperity, of richness, of power and joy. But for the majority of human beings, the New Year is a promise of possible disease, of unjust wars, of natural disasters, extreme poverty and desolation.

The blessed time of waiting for the Nativity of Christ

The weather outside is cold, the snowflakes are starting to fall, the children are delighted, and the adults try to prepare for Christmas. We are entering in the blessed time of waiting for the Nativity of Christ. We must think all of us, young and old, about the disadvantaged people, the victims of the iniquitous wars, those who do not have anything to eat, nothing to dress themselves, in need of water, in need of medication, and the prisoners. We are now preparing ourselves for the Advent. Every day the media give us news about catastrophies that happen all over the world. Not only catatrophies, but also famine and horrors of war. People suffer, children and women are left with nothing. We must help by our prayers and our gifts, those who honnestly try to liberate the public of the lies and horrors of the totalitarians, war and famine. Please give generously.
